Well that's probably the first episode i've ever stopped after 20 minutes and really have no desire to continue, I will try tomorrow, but it was really hard work and leading nowhere.
I'm a big fan of dream scenes and weird abstract stuff in horror films and all that, but when it's just an onslaught of shit that doesn't connect to anything it's annoying.
I get that it's supposed to intrigue you and make you wonder how everything fits together eventually, but if nothing makes sense it's just randomly throwing shit against a wall to see what sticks.
I enjoyed last weeks episode because it was a self contained story mostly and the Sontarans were back to their old selves.
The CGI flux space stuff was really bad and the Daleks although only glimpsed briefly in the bit i saw were substandard computerised toss. I understand the story filming was probably compromised by lockdown, but if so make some tight basic tales, instead of some massive bag of shite that relies on crap effects.
And breathe....
