By pure coincidence I caught her appearance on children in need. Freaked me out as she looks so much like a local singer where I am, I really thought it was her.
David Tennant and (urgh) Billie piper era was the most popular of new who and considering the ratings makes sense for them to try and recapture that era. But yeah hope that isn't his costume.
