I've not encountered those as i leave them in the cellophane and open it with a craft knife like so.
The only ones out of cellophane are the larger box sets which have the belt like O-card / J-card (Whatever they are called). The Adventures set has the belt style card (Pictured). Creatures as pictured will have the sticker but the card doesn't go round the whole of the packaging, nor does
Robin Hood at Hammer.
