Michael Jai White is the somewhat anti-hero in this who works under Martin Sheen's Spec Op division and seems to be enjoying the life of corruption and shady deals and never allows anyone to leave the organisation. There is plenty of action in this and good make up effects for Simmons/Spawn and visual effects. John Leguizamo playing a small fat clown that's full of wit and sarcasm and Nicol Williams who's talent is pretty much wasted. The downside to this is the makers seem to want to cram alot into the film for the running time (90 minutes) and looks to be rushing the movie rather than taking their time. Entertaining enough.
I saw Spawn at the cinema and really wasn't impressed but subsequent viewings have improved it for me. I was thinking about getting it on Blu.

All that brought me back to it a second time was Melinda Clarke. But i'm glad she did as i've seen it five or six times now.
