It is an interesting anthology to say the least. If you can find it cheap enough, then I'd say go for it. Bear in mind that it's generally considered a curio and will tend to only appeal to arty gorehound completists only!
It actually consists of three films:
Aftermath (a necrophilia based short film directed by Nacho Cerda),
Genesis (a short about a sculptor who is traumatised by the death of his wife) and
The Awakening (a very deep film concerning a student shot in black and white - probably my favourite of the three, even though it is only about 8 minutes long).
It also includes a fair amount of extras, one of which is a short interview with Cerda and Jörg Buttgereit (of
Nekromantik fame).
