I've sent them an e-mail so I'll just have to wait for their reply. Last time I dealt with their customer services because my Enter the Dragon bluray didn't turn up, they sent me a reply saying that Mesrine - or Esrine as they spelt it - wasn't out yet.
Mesrine was part of the same order but Enter the Dragon had been shipped about 20 days before I sent the e-mail and I even put "Enter the Dragon bluray not received" or something as the subject of the e-mail.
