It's a scene in a bathroom where Sada (the nymphoid, and somewhat psychotic, maid) yanks the young boy's penis after he starts running round the room misbehaving. The UK release reframes the scene by enlarging the top/far left of the screen so the 'yank' is completely missing (the Catwoman/graffiti scene in
Great Rock n' Roll Swindle is edited in a similar way).
The whole bathroom scene only runs for a few minutes and is completely irrelevant (and oddly placed) anyway. Excellent and graphic film but not one to watch when you're eating boiled eggs or sushi.
