I remember at the time the trial was ongoing clicking on a link which was worded as saying it was footage from the trial.
It was actually footage of one of the murders and it took about 5 seconds through shock before hitting the big red X button at the top right of the screen.

This was just " A KIND OF DEFENCE" they used, there was never any actual evidence put forward for this theory, like the fact they were going to make 40 films ( a very random figure).
while i agree it is very horrorific viewing and disturbing to watch ( but not as bad as Dagestan or Chechclear) then if this qualifies as snuff then so does the Happy slapping murder in London
