The Ferrara book is fantastic. If you have an interest in him its going to be well worth getting. The section on unmade films is fascinating. Really wish they'd made Crack City Terminator.

Just pre-ordered the steelbook of this from Amazon so without the VAT (which we don't pay in the Channel Islands) it's only cost me a grand total of £10.83, so I'd say that's a bit of a bargain! :)

Couldn't help but notice that both Amazon and the Arrow site still show the Limited Edition. Hasn't this been changed?

I had a shipping confirmation e-mail from HMV earlier this month to know the Steelbook is on its way, so hopefully I can watch it on Saturday or Sunday night.
