Christopher Walken is out of prison and back on the dirty streets of New York as convicted drug lord Frank White in a pitch black 90s crime classic from the magnificently disreputable Abel Ferrara (Driller Killer, Ms.45).

White returns to his old patch to finds it in disarray as the parasites that moved in to capture his business don’t share in the same Robin Hood spirit. Soon he’s violently taking out the competition, stealing their stashes and turning a healthy profit on the gear, putting it towards building a new South Bronx hospital.

But you can’t make an omelette without breaking some heads. As the street killings rise and the corrupt cops close in, White’s crazed mix of criminal psychosis and heartfelt charity threatens to tear apart everything he’s fought so hard to build...

As I haven't seen it, it's one I'm really keen to watch and, with it being released in a Steelbook, add to my collection.

I'm with you on the other titles as well – they would be very welcome.

I'll wait for the Arrowdrome release of this.

how about a director's cut of cat chaser? apparently abel ferrara has a copy...
also the funeral, the greatest gangster film EVER. just any respectful treatment of ferrara possible, he's shamefully underrepped on dvd and bluray.

I'm all over this steelbook. If it had been a Limited release I'd have been unsure which one to go for as I have all the others so far but Unlimited Vs Steelbook = no contest. Excellent set of extras too.

Is it my imagination or a mistake but on arrows website there is a picture of this as a regular slipcase blu-ray?

I'm sure that will be updated soon.
