That looks a nice trunk. You should move that junk off the top so we could have a better look at it.

Junk?!

Anyway, I've got to keep the gimp locked up somehow. ;)

It's actually my vinyl trunk where I keep all my LPs. It's a really nice, sturdy trunk though. It's the only piece of furniture I'd take with me if I had to bolt in the night.

A thing of beauty that is gonna have to take pride of place in my collection.
I'm not normally one for spending over £20 on a single film, and am at heart a bargain hunter, but this is one of my favourite films and i couldn't miss the opportunity to get Cronenberg's early shorts.:pop2:

The entire set is really well made and thought out, so i am well chuffed.
Only just skimmed the surface of the extras so far.

Loved the 'Fear on film' short discussion included that features Landis, Carpenter and Cronenberg.

Does anyone remember a discussion that was on BBc2 i think in the late 80's (?), it featured directors talking around a table and i remember it being quite long, remember Romero being on it, after which they showed 'Martin' and Spencer Tracy in 'Dr Jekyll and mr Hyde'.
Always remember this due to it being my first time watching 'Martin'.

If anyone else remembers it, do you know the name of the programme, and if it is available anywhere.
Would make a great dvd extra.

Oh also just found this and thought people might be interested but didn't know where to put it.

Directors and horror people pick their top ten Horror films.

Aside from The Strain all were Zoverstocks grabs.

I enjoyed it too. Would be great if the 'attack' footage on the 3 homeless guys in AWIL ever comes to light. Wasn't sure whether Landis meant he got rid of the footage, or whether he just cut it out of the movie...

Recently bought blurays..
CONTAMINATION.
ISLAND OF DEATH.
ZOMBI HOLOCAUST.

A bit underwhelmed by ZOMBI HOLOCAUST to be honest. Definitely an upgrade over all the old dvds, but one of the grainiest blurays i've ever seen.
