A couple of Easter gifts (Instead of eggs) from family. Fantastic! :woot:

The Dalek Combat Training Manual is a beautifully presented hardback book and the Orson Welles Great Mysteries was an excellent anthology horror series.

Be interested to see what you think of that, gag. You said you watch new purchases straight away.

Personally i didn't like it at all. Compared to the original it was really poor.

Tbh I’ve never seen the original, I’ll post tomoz but since not seen original chances are I’ll think it was ok :lol:. Because I’ve nowt to compare it to.
I’ll have a scout around sometime soon and try find the original.

I first saw And Soon the Darkness, I hadn't seen the original and, judging it on its own merits, I thought it was pretty good.

I subsequently watched Robert Fuest's film which I thought was better, though not such a great film I would never watch Marcos Efron's remake/reimagining again – I own both.

I was surprised you got it gag. Seeing as you are always complaining about remakes.
