Cult Labs - What Have You Bought Recently?

Has anyone got the collectors editions for Hatchet for a Honeymoon or Phantom of the Mall?

I wondered which was best basically or if you recommend either.

At £19.99 for Hatchet and £18.74 for Phantom i could stump up for one or the other but not both. I know i like Hatchet but have never seen Phantom and some of the reviews are a bit mixed.

I moan about new things not coming out on Blu but then get cold feet in case i don't like them.

As I rate it very highly, I have both the Redemption and 88 Films Blu-ray releases of Hatchet for the Honeymoon. If you haven't seen it and like Mario Bava's gialli, then it is one to add to your collection.

I've never seen Phantom of the Mall, but the description has intrigued me.

This weeks new arrivals. Got the Marilyn Monroe set from Online Music Films and Games for a bargain £18. It's generally in the £30-35 bracket. It was classed as Used-like new, which as with all their products under that label means still fully shrink wrapped with perhaps a slight tear or scuffing to the plastic shrink wrap. Thanks to Justin as well for sending me his dvd of Crystal Lake Memories which he'd replaced with the new 101 Blu-ray.

I've been keeping an eye on the Marilyn set for months and finally in the midst of a Indicator sale it was there at a reasonable price on Amazon market place which i could have done without. :rolleyes:

I have two framed photographs of Marilyn in that gorgeous red dress from How to Marry a Millionaire proudly displayed in my office at home.

Also i was surprised to see how little Marilyn's films have been released on blu-ray over here. Aside from Some Like it Hot the rest aren't readily available. I really want The Misfits and Niagara
