Remind me to go to the bar (in another pub) at the start of your second set then. ;)

No - if you do that, you will miss song #4 - 'Mustang Sally'!

Its a shame, but worth it to miss that mind numbing Floyd number.

Only if it's a wedding! That pile of shite has been retired again, thank God!

I never listened to any Pink Floyd after Dark Side of the Moon... Wish You Were Here just doesn't cut it for me... The Who have had a good run at the movies though, The Kids Are Alright is a great rockumentary and Ken Russell's Tommy is another massive favourite - I revisited the film over the summer and it was as dazzling as ever !

That's the best way to be.

I'm currently 7 of 9 films through the Val Lewton Collection and it's plugged me straight back into the sheer joy of watching vintage Horror. I Walked With A Zombie remains an extraordinary film for all its 68 minutes (and is still my all time favourite film title) but 1944's Curse of the Cat People has been a tremendous discovery for me, far superior to the original film and along with To Kill A Mockingbird, surely one of Cinema's most enchanting films about the world seen from childhood - strange, magical, sad and scary. The film features a knockout performance by 8-year old Ann Carter...

 I absolutely loved The Wall! I even have an authentic oversized theatrical poster on my wall!

If you're region 1-equipped the Val Lewton set is a steal at 19bucks over at Amazonia...
