Look like bootleggers.

I can see it being pulled before, or soon after release.

Certainly looks bootleg-like to
Me too. Has a distinct whiff of Televista/Alfa Digital/Luminous (deleted where applicable) about the cover, particularly the shitty fonts used.

Pete 12th August 2012 10:48 PM

It's going to be limited to 500 copies.

I would guess that they've ripped the transfer and English audio from the AWE release.

500 copies for the US is a minuscule amount.

Yeah, this is the edition I have. Very good it is to. But bootleggers get right on my cheese.

This is not the first time it's being released in the US this way. Is The Last Shark/The Great White public domain?

According to the AWE DVD this film is banned in US because of Spielberg/Universal.

Almost certain they're bootleggers, as the name DVD-rulers comes from DVD-R (as explained on their website) and they specialize is making rare shark films avalible. But they have a BD-R of The Last Shark, with restore original Thetrical audio, 5.1 audio and from what videos I've seen a pretty good transfer.

May pick up when I get a job.

Lets be kind and say they "borrowed" footage from Jaws. ;)
