Glen Powell's New Sci-Fi Movie Is More Promising Than The Last Arnold Schwarzenegger Remake

An iconic Arnold Schwarzenegger film is set to be remade with Glen Powell as its star, and the movie already sounds better than the last Arnie remake.

Glen Powell leads promising remake of 1987's Running Man, showing more potential than past Arnold Schwarzenegger reboots.

We don't need or want any reboots of Arnie's movies.

Please piss off, Hollywood.

Feels like just about every film in existence (from the past) is getting remade, rebooted or an unnecessary sequel prequel, seems like they?ve run out of ideas, seems like majority of films for a while have been,

Remake
Reboot
Spin off
Sequel
Prequel
Universe
Marvel / Dc

Ppl moan they need to make something new, and when they do ppl moan about it, the amount of slagging of ppl have been giving late night with the Devil is unreal, with some saying total shit or the worse film they?ve ever seen, (which I?d doubt it) but it seems you just can?t please ppl.

But amount of remakes doing the rounds is ridiculous.

What they going to do next?

The burning
Basket case
Quadrophenia
ET

Who knows? But tbh in yrs to come it wouldn't surprise me.

A remake of The Burning could be fun if they got in Holly Hunter to be the killer in a shock twist...which i've just spoiled.

'28 YEARS LATER' (2026) - CONFIRMED!
SYNOPSIS:
While specific plot details for 28 Years Later are currently undisclosed, given the title, it suggests the sequel will unfold long after the initial zombie outbreak devastated the United Kingdom. The anticipation for a return to Boyle?s horror universe is justified, especially with confirmation from writer Alex Garland of a new trilogy in development.
WHEN AND WHERE TO WATCH?
Although the film's production is confirmed, 28 Years Later is yet to receive an official release date as of April 2024. According to Deadline, filming is scheduled to commence later this year, potentially indicating a late 2025 theatrical release, aligning with the original film's November 2002 release. Considering the sequel was released in May 2007, an early summer 2026 release in theaters is also plausible. For now, we'll have to await further updates.
