Seeing as October is mere minutes away i think i'll sneak a Halloween horror in after the witching hour.

Might be Plague of the Zombies.

So just going to copy this in from what films have you seen recently
Deep River Savages

A man in Thailand, gets forced out of Bangkok and is kidnapped by tribesmen, where he is tortured and then falls in love with one of the tribe.

I still enjoy this film, watching it dubbed is ad, but not the worst, however certain animal sequences still feel uncomfortable to sit through.

7/10

Shadowbuilder

An ancient evil is summoned and aims to possess a boy, a priest must stop him.

I enjoyed this thoroughly years ago; however now I found it rather meh, the difficulty isn't really in the acting; Michael Rooker does bring a good performance that's hindered by the script, the problem comes with the film itself, it seems to be uncertain as to whether it plays out as a horror film or an action film and never brings balance.

5/10

And now schlocktober has begun prepare yourselves for...

For me tomorrow night it's House of 1000 Corpses.

I watched my original dvd for the millionth time last October then found out it wasn't actually filmed 4:3, so i replaced my old Blockbuster ex-rental extras free dvd with a Tartan extras heavy widescreen release and it's been sat on the shelf for 12 months.

I don't know what to watch, it'll be something short I think tonight since I've already watched a pretty depressing drama this afternoon

Possibly The Mummy or Taste the Blood of Dracula

I'm open to suggestions though, 90 mins or less please :) classic (pre-80s) horror as well.

How about a Universal horror (Dracula, Frankenstein, Bride of Frankenstein etc.)?
