Arena shows! Surprising, but I'll take it. Good news about The Mission as support.

If he's supporting a new album i'll get a ticket nearer the time for Manchester. Just not for the same old same old.

It says in the article that the tour coincides with the new album.

I've booked a ticket for Alice, Manchester.
Seems to be reduced capacity arena venues with the stage half way rather than right at the back. That makes me feel a bit better because I hate arena shows.

Despite loving Alice since I was about 14-15 this will be the first time actually seeing him in concert :)

Hope you enjoy. I'm hoping to get tickets for the show on Birmingham, but there are some things that Chloe and I have to sort out first!

In the meantime...

Alice Cooper interview: Legend talks new album, Johnny Depp, Hollywood Vampires, Lady Gaga and more

Q: Yeah. That’s great. I know I said that was my last question, but you just said you’re going to record an album on Monday?

A: Well, we’re recording demos right now. We’re writing and recording demos.

Q: Is it with the guys in the original band?

A: We have three songs from the original band that we’re gonna look at and see if we can turn them into something. If not, we tried. But Neal and Mike and Dennis and I wrote songs together. And what we always do, we know the best 10 songs are gonna make the album. It doesn’t matter where they came from. I’m gonna always write the lyrics. And I’m gonna always arrange it. And Bob’s always gonna produce it. If the song comes from Neal, Mike and Dennis, great! I would love that. We have those songs sitting there. We just have to see if they fit in.

Q: Is there a concept this time?

A: Not really. Not really much of a concept. It’s gonna be a pure riff-rock-and-roll album. If anything, we gonna try and make it as close to “Killer” and “Love it to Death” as possible.

Q: Wow. “Killer” is my favorite.

A: Yeah, those songs are great.

It's been announced that Alice is going to be appearing at the Wacken festival in 2017. The exact day hasn't been released but the festival runs between August 3rd and August 5th and as there is already a show in Hungary on the 3rd, that obviously leaves August 4th or 5th

With all of these European festival dates, I wouldn't be surprised if the band plays at least one of the UK festivals
