Telemark (2020)

That's the whole Telemark EP posted. Three new Ihsahn compositions and two cover versions. Love the sax parts of Wrathchild.

How well does that sax fit the song

I loved the three new songs but wasn't too keen on the cover versions! Candlelight records aren't helping themselves with the whole physical media is dying thing when the CD for this was £15 and the 12" was £20, I stuck to Spotify I'm afraid to say.

I like all the songs but in all honesty, it's a tenner on Amazon on cd, it should be £7 at most. When the likes of Ghost and Halestorm release ep's they sell for that price or maybe a little less.

I noticed it was £10 on Amazon, it was £15 instore at HMV and they seem to have a habit of charging SRP on all items these days which is a pain (some Canadian guy on blu-ray forums called that when he saw the news about the new owner, he does the same in their stores over there).

Back to Ihsahn though, I believe it's going to be a trilogy of EPs though so I'm hoping there will be a compilation CD at some point and I can just buy that :)

I can only see Glasgow, London and Birmingham dates for UK at the minute, all a bit too far to go for a gig, I would have gone if it was Manchester.
