What's with these massive fonts, Inspector? Can't you make them a touch smaller?

I shouldn't have to side scroll to find the like button. Cool list by the way.

I like it large, that's how I roll....

Interesting list of soundtracks, Inspector.

I'm not being critical of the film here, but i rewatched The Howlling the week before last and can't say i really noticed the score.

What makes it stand out for you?

Your right its not an in your face score, and is pretty much lost amongst the sound effects and snarling, but its there never the less and is nicely under played. Like you say probably not on many peoples list but still a fav of mine. Actually the same could be said of Videodrome.

I'll make sure i have a proper listen next time i watch it. Seeing as we've had this conversation i'm sure i'll remember it and keep an ear out.

It's ages since i saw Videodrome so can't remember the score for that anyway. I have the Arrow special edition dvd but it sits idle in the to watch pile as it has the last 18 months.

I have the CD soundtrack of Videodrome and whilst I have not listened to it for awhile it one that has stuck with me, again I could not say what it is about the score just its integral to the film even if the viewer is unaware of it.

The last film i saw where i found the score to be outstanding was probably The Hateful 8 from earlier this year. Thought Morricone did well with that one keeping it fresh as well as retrospective.
