Does anyone know if the german dvd's of EXTERMINATORS OF THE YEAR 3000 (as THE EXECUTOR) and Antonio Margheriti's TORNADO (under the title of IM WENDEKREIS DES SOLDNERS) are English friendly?

Both seem to be cut and not English friendly...Tornado is supposed to have horrible pic quality as well...
