Someone on blu-ray.com asked Arrow about the remaster of Tenebrae, and they were told that they're using the transfer done by Wild Side in France. So, not really new. Perhaps they're doing some more work on it?

I would much prefer if Someone released Fulci's Don't Torture A Duckling or Perversion Story on Blu myself. I find them to be much better films than his above ones.
