As far as I know, High Rising made the decision, not to include these old extras for the simple reason that they weren't amongst their favourite stuff they've done (ie, thought they weren't very good), and I don't think Arrow wanted to splash out money again to put them on the blu-ray (plus the new extras), as HRP owns them. |
