I guess they haven´t looked at any, since there have been a lot of his stuff, like American Ninja, releases on HDTV, and those transfers are incredible.

I wasn't going to buy this until it had been out a while and the price had dropped, but I can't see it dropping any lower than that so it was a case of striking while the iron's hot!
