Name that film!

I've posted this here as wasn't sure where else to post it. Mods - feel free to move it if it'd be best placed elsewhere (or if there's already a similar thread)!

I just wondered whether it'd be useful to have a thread where people could describe half-remembered films they've seen years ago but don't know the titles of. There is a bit of self interest in this, of course, since I was wondering whether anyone knows the titles of the following. Some of these might be lost TV movies but it's worth a go!

1. Very hazy this but I remember a horror film where there was a guy who was really cruel to insects, stamping on them etc. and was transported to an alternative reality where the insects were huge and were attacking him. It might be an anthology movie (although I might be confusing this with the last segment of Creepshow?!)

2. A bunch of traveller-types in a long convoy terrorise/take over a small American town, causing a load of trouble etc.

3. A man strikes up a relationship with a talking dolphin (seriously!) and they call eachother 'Ma' and 'Pa'! Near the end, 'Pa' has to reject 'Ma' so that she'll leave because some evil scientist-types are coming to kidnap her (I think). Pretty naff but my sister was in floods of tears at the end of this and I'd love to get it for her as a joke pressie

Good idea for a thread.

There's one that's bugged me for nigh on 30 years. I think it was an English film as I seem to remember an old red phone boix in it, people were getting some sort of measles and dying and the military was involved somehow, possibly a rocket was fored out of a lake!!!

I saw it on tv when I was a kid in the late 70's / early 80's.

Mentioning Anthology makes me think of The Willies for this one, although that was a kid who pulled the wings off flies.

This is what i remember from 20 years ago... there was a figure symbolizing death and had a crystal ball, we were getting close ups of a hand (freaky hand) sliding along the crystal ball, and a man was somehow affected and as the film progressed he was imprisoned in the crystal ball, i think... We also saw him looking through a keyhole in another scene. Overall, it was in a modern setting with flats, (no castles) and i think it was french.

That's all i remember but it had a great psychological horror element that stuck with me. I was 8.

The film Im trying to find was about a family who wake up one day and find that all the windows and doors are sealed by this grey stuff. They start to run out of water and air blah blah and then at the end the camera pulls back and shows a doll house thats been boarded up. Im sure this film was called "Child's Play" as I recorded it thinking it was Chucky. This was on TV about 15 years ago. You wouldnt think it would be hard to find but I cant find it, been through all listed on IMDB. Anyone know what Im on about?

That was indeed called Child's Play, it was an episode in The Hammer House of Mystery And Suspense from the mid-80s.
