I have just started Breaking Bad to see what all the hype is about and this opinion is going to get me hate.

To be honest I can't see the hype, I am on Season 2 and everytime I go to watch an episode I get the well I cannot be arsed feeling and I find myself just going through the motions, then by the end I think thank God that is over.

A TV show should not feel like that, it should draw you in with a vice grip. It might get better but at the minute i can't see that...

Just had the strangest dream. I was at a school and I walked into a classroom where I could feel a presence but couldn't see it and a girl (of age) went to put her hands down my pants until a teacher walked in and interrupted by saying "happy 40 years together and I hope there will be much more"

the way the writers and actors are developing well loved characters through their formative prison years is amazing and feels authentic.

As you all know we all buy DVD and Blu Ray's and on here it's a film buff's heaven as we all share the same love.

Last night Claire & I went out to the local pub as there was a band on. Crap band but still a band. We went into a smaller room where you could hear it but also talk.

I have always been fascinated by this film. It is so brutal but great at the same time. I personally think it has better effects than any other gore film made now. I have taken a picture I have got about the film and its Director Ruggero Deodato. I hope other fans of this truly unique film will comment.

I was walking home from my girlfriends house and when I got to a building called Cheshire homes I saw a spirit walk past the entrance. Every night I see the same spirit walking past the same entrance, it then vanishes in the same spot.

Last night I watched Warrior which is an MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) film about two brothers played by Tom Hardy & Joel Edgerton that don't get along.

Yesterday when I was going to Redcar a little girl with her mother got on the bus and sat behind me. The girl was stood on the seat which I wouldn't allow, anyway the little girl smelt of sick and cough sweets.

Last night I was walking home from my girlfriends minding my own business when sudden I got an egg thrown at me by a passing car. Without thinking I shouted for fuk sake then looked to the floor.

It didn't smash on it, it bounced off me and smashed on the floor. It hit with such impact Im surprised it didn't smash.

I was reading about Yakuza 5 today in hope of some new news. Well there was news and it was bad news. The news was Sega are not releasing Yakuza 5 in the West (UK, USA) as Dead Souls didn't sell that well outside of Japan. I Know it's a small title compared to Call Of Duty but I really enjoyed the games as they were different from the normal games we have.

A few weeks back I read Robert W chambers King in yellow. It's a good book and a reccomended read for fans of horror and fantay fiction. While jobless i've decided to dabble with a little creative writing and i've written a short story based on Chambers book. Its flawed and my writing skills need some work but as a first effort I dont think its terrible.

For the whole of this week I've felt lazy. Not the "I'm not gettin' up t'day" sort of lazy or the "lay on the couch with a family sized bag of 'Doritos' watchin' daytime tv" sort of lazy. No, this is the sort of lazy that says "hey! Y' know that job y' w' gunner do? Do it t'morra!"

I want to do some gardening because my garden is such a mess, I want to re-decorate the dump, er, I mean, STUDY, no. I was right the first time, it's an absolute dump. AND...

Now I know that some of you kind people out there think that working in a school is a cushy number; short days, long holidays, clean environment, and so on... Well I'm here to tell you that you're completely and absolutely correct! Go to the top of the class and while you're there give the text books out. I've got two weeks holiday now and I don' have to do any of that nasty marking or lesson planning 'cause I'm NOT a teacher!

Ordinary everyday words that just drip off of the tongue in an ordinary everyday way and then become unusable due to their being harnessed to a different meaning, usually sexual or social. We have a much more ancient and beautiful tractor appearing i n Backtrack so watch this space all you tractor enthusiasts. There must be thousands of you right?

The idea for Backtrack all stems from the girlfriends I used to take up on to the South Downs in my youth. Just in case you don't know what they are, the Downs are a 70 mile long set of sloping chalk hills in Southern England. They look like a cross between hump-backed whales and huge green bosums. Maybe that's why I had some success with women up there - the environment was telling conducive!

Okay, so mayyybe I overreacted, but when I come on here all I want is some respite from the mediocre.
Is it not enough that there are entire TV channels devoted to ERS? Cough, to wit.... Dave, E4, Really, ITV, BBC3 (with a few exceptions......) already???

So far unemployment is dull, I'm applying for jobs, two a day minimum though some days its pretty tough as theres not a great deal about.
I think one of the main problems is if/when I get something it'll have nothing to do with films, the tedium of a regular days work waiting to get home. Anyone else fed up with region locked blue-rays? Personally I love my ps3, it has great playback and is very easy to update, unfortunately its also difficult at best to make multi region, and any attempt to do so will be thwarted by the next firmware update.

So recently I picked up a blue-ray double bill of KEOMA/GRAND DUAL released by a company called mill creek. Everything they released up till now was totally region-free, and as the discs were so damned cheap it was well worth...
