The amazon page for it ( Citta' Violenta: Amazon.it: Charles Bronson, Telly Savalas, Umberto Orsini, Michel Constantin, Jill Ireland, Ray Saunders, Sergio Sollima: DVD) doesn't even state an English track though which is a bit worrying, although if their DVD had one then there's no way the BD wouldn't surely!?
