It's probably down to different distributors and what price they think they need to charge to recoup their outlay, especially considering how niche the market is for a film like this.

I'm exactly the same although I have seen it once -- the heavily cut and virtually nonsensical British version which makes me all the more curious to see it in its uncut (and extended) form.

Dorm is from Synapse,a big company.
Code Red is only a small company...
Btw don't believe that there will be 100,000 copies pressed.
It's definitely a joke from Bill!

According to Bill it could be that only about 2000 are pressed of the 2 discer.
He doubts that this will sell well.

I hope this sells really well and they're forced to print more than 2000 copies as I would be great news for Code Red and the health of the horror genre in general.

If this doesn't sell well, what title WILL? I'm pretty sure it will sell at least 6000 copies... or smth like that.
Bill should be more confident.

Will be great to finally watch this in widescreen.

Code Red's new Nightmare dvd is supposedly already shipping (unconfirmed until we have actual copies arriving I guess).
