There is not an English language release of
The Third Eye, sadly. Not officially. I had to go the way of the bootleg to see this (excellent) film.
There was a now out of print DVD which was missing scenes. Someone combined this with a complete TV screening and fan subtitling to make a complete version of the film.
Sadly, still no official release.
