I went through the DVD and there was plenty of scenes I could freeze and copy but all my digital peers can do that better than me so I just went and made something up. I thought it was 'iconic', everybody else thought it was crap!
I must admit that when I revisited the canvas the next day I thought "XXXX, that squid looks big!" but this is oils, I can't just hit the 'redo' button so I let it slide. That frikken' squid's been biting me in the arse ever since! |
Don't kick youself too much Rick, there was a giant squid/octopus (can't remember which) in the film and there is also older artwork including the squid/octopus so it wasn't a wrong way to go with it.
