BBFC guidelines do allow HC in 18 films, more and more are being passed these days. As long as it is not a sex work and the scenes are not there for the sole purpose of titillation.
Baise Moi - I very much doubt the BBFC will be prepared to pass a hardcore rape - even 10 years on, although the additional video cut will probably be waived. All 2 seconds of it.
