Lucio Fulci brings this low budget flick that seems more of a TV movie rather than a big screen film, there is his normal element of a man who seems mild mannered on the outside and a total psycho on the inside. It does start off as a slow burner, seems to get interesting then goes on a perverted road of the guy watching his own recordings of the women he tortures...whatever tickles your pickle.
