I wonder if Cine Asia has agreements with both HKL and DD why don´t they use the best transfer and both of the extras of the two companies?

Some of them are, but Cine Asia was created after the dissolution of HKL and that counts as a new company under the same mother company. Cine Asia is releasing HKL titles, putting their name on their brand because the mother company allowed that. It´s a matter of economic rules.

According to the Cine Asia website they are releasing Police Story & New Police Story as a Sainsbury's exclusive 2-pack on the 1st of August.
