Just got mine, came with the Fall of the House of Usher card

This got me thinking, why didn't Dawn and Day get the same treatment? I mean they're quite disappointing transfers yet more famous films. Seems a shame really

They were quite early releases for Arrow so maybe now they have more money to spend on better transfers, I don't know

Most probably right, someone should give D & D new transfers really, they deserve it

I don't know about Dawn, but Scream Factory (I think) are releasing Day later this year

Sadly, Arrow don't have the rights for Martin anymore, and said before that the elements were in pretty bad shape, which they didn't think were good enough for a blu ray.

Also, weren't the Dawn and Day blu rays just recycles of the Anchor Bay transfers? I was pleasantly surprised with Dawn, but Day to me looked nearly identical to the Arrow DVD, bar one or two crystal clear shots near the start.

Arrow's Dawn was superior to AB's as it didn't have the excessive DNR applied, Day was horizontally stretched, Prefer the US edition.
