Amazon UK marketplace is where I have bought all of my Blue Underground releases. The only problem being that you'd have to wait until it's actually released before buying it. If you want it on release you could get it from Amazon.com, but I find it much more pricey taking into account the exchange rate and shipping costs.

Only 2 places to be customs safe, MovieTyme or AxelMusic.

Amazon US may be cheaper but if its over £18 you may get stung.

some people have been caught with customs charges plus they also sometimes supply the canadian release as they are based in canada so you may get a inferior release if canada has a diff distributor.

Those things are far too expensive. Definitely out of my price range.

Thanks for the replies regarding the Blue Underground query. I think I'll wait until I've seen the film on the Arrow release and then, if like it as much as I hope I will, I have a browse around the suggested sites (I knew a couple of them anyway) to see where is cheapest.

I'm going to go with Arrow's DVD release first, watch that along with all those interesting extras. Then get the BU Blu-ray set when it's readily available and a bit cheaper on Amazon UK.

Same here. I'm really looking forward to seeing the film as it's been hyped up so much here and the Arrow press release. The more I see of Lucio Fulci's work, the more I like it so, by the time this is released, I'll be ready to be impressed.

I think I get myself in the mood by watching Zombi 2 the night before see CotLD.

Get ready to be impressed. City of the Living Dead is up there with Fulci's finest work and to see this in all its gut-spewing-head-drilling-brain-ripping glory in wonderful HD is a moment I am truly anticipating with great eagerness!

I also look forward to seeing what Calum and Naomi have put together for this release - their work on Day of the Dead was stellar.
