Interesting - I've never seen that version - I remember the EiV 4Front one and of course back in the days when I had space I had the big box ex-rental.

Just a quick post to say that those in the Edinburgh or Glasgow area might want to attend the below-linked course I'm teaching on the cinema of George Romero. All films are from 35mm prints too!!

Hopefully WITH kid's. An adult man wandering around Disneyworld on his own would look a bit susspicious.

Does anyone here remember a trailer for day of the dead from waayyy back in the 80s which showed clips of the film up to a certain point only to then pause the action to have a voiceover saying-we would like to show u what happens next-but it would only be the start of your worst nightmare,(or something alone those lines). I have not seen this trailer since-not even on any dvd release-let alone blu.
Does anyone remember this-or even better know where i can see it again. thanks.

I found this over at the BBFC website - the actual examiner's notes from when Day of the Dead was first submitted to the BBFC back in 1986.

The bit that most amused me was this statement:
