i think it has just enough relevance to be not too out of place. |

Superb news, superb artwork. I will be happy to buy a third version of this film!

Well, it's better than Inferno.

Agreed, it fits Possession perfectly! As for the tentacles, maybe that signifies Bava and the cinematic monster he is? |

Second Sight are going release Possession soon, so maybe Arrow should let them have it. Then Bay can get a new one which makes it look like a slasher/giallo, not a killer octopus film.

Possession is one of my favourite nasties.

Nice to see Arrow's art department supporting struggling hook handed, blind artists! Just a pity they get them to draw the covers for their dvd releases and not just painting the toilets like they should be. Ash

Rick's artwork is very nice, but not really relevant to the movie in question. It does make it look like a killer octopus movie, as loops said. Can I ask....does Rick actually ever watch these movies? It seems like sometimes he's quite off the mark and bases his illustrations on things that aren't really pertinent. This looks like he simply saw the one artwork with a squid on it (I believe it's a squid) and came to the conclusion it's a killer octopus movie and came up with this. It's not, it's a Giallo, and this artwork is rather out of synch with the contents within. But, I'm no marketing expert and if this kind of promotional art is what sells the product, then so be it. We've got other panels to choose from, haven't we? So it's all good.

I can't see the relevance either. No connection to the film whatsoever.

These artworks are getting emabarrasing now. This is actually worse than Inferno, something i thought not possible. These films are not crappy video nasties but actually well crafted classics. If one was looking in HMV for these films and was unaware of the whole Arrow love-in that goes on here you would not even notice the fims on the shelf as the covers are so mis-representive of the films. This Rick bloke has got to go!
