They don't. Any cuts are voluntary. Thousands of DVDs are on the shelf without MPAA ratings. No film, whether theatrical or home video is required to submit to the MPAA. They do it voluntarily because many theaters won't screen unrated films and most newspapers won't advertise films with anything stronger than an R rating.

Great news! I'm looking forward to seeing Arrow's uncut DVD edition, as I've never seen the film before.

I've always wanted to see this film and am delighted that the BBFC has passed it uncut at last.

where does the master from this movie come from?
is it BCI or the scandinavian master being used by Arrow?

is it the same lenght compared to BCI and scandi version?

is it going to be a dubble disc dvd?

I love this movie one of the most Savagery jüngblut action movies!

Arrow should supply the soundtrack on cd in the dvdbox as a limited version!
start mailing Arrow for soundtrack bonus!

I'm not sure, but the encoding was taken from a Digibeta.

If you mean 'Is the BCI or Scandinavian master being used by Arrow?', it is highly probable that BCI used the same Digibeta to take their encoding from.

I presume you mean 'Is this going to be the same length as the BCI and Scandinavian versions?' and, if so, the simple answer is: I don't know.

No, a single disc containing the film and all extra features.

I can't say I've seen many with that description, but it's certainly well made and extremely memorable.

The soundtrack would be an excellent extra feature, but the rights are just too expensive.
