Hey i just wanted to know is the uk arrow release of maniac cop cut or uncut?

Was cut years ago (back in the VHS days) though, which is where the confusion probably lies. In fact all three of the films were cut when they were first issued on tape.

This may seem like a stupid question but does that mean there is no such thing as an un-cut version of the films.

No, that's not the case. These films were cut in the UK. The first film has since been reclassified uncut.
The other two films need decent releases.

If by chance you mean the scenes from the Japanese? TV edit, no they're not in the arrow release. They are bonus features in the Synapse release, but from what I've seen, they're nothing special really...
