Very similar it does not, my young padawan. This is not a shoddy release like Arrow’s last two Argento releases (Tenebrae and The Bird With the Crystal Plumage) but the transfer only looks very nice on the whole when compared to the BU. It suffers from a softness in detail at times which can only be explained by over aggressive DNR work, and the colors don’t seem quite so vivid as they were on the BU edition. Once more, too bad this isn´t only in DVD just because of the extras. |

Quote: I'm probably more drawn toward the Arrow release at the moment. |

The Arrow release is really recommendable - as the PQ is quite stable throughout the whole movie, and the special features are nice as well. Greetings! |

I've had a quick scan through the blu-ray, and I think it looks really good. It looks a lot nicer than Tenebrae and Deep Red. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Strangely Amazon UK appears to be listing Tenebrae reviews under the Co9T release |

In some scenes there, the Arrow disc is a little brighter than the BU version, but not by very much. Both look very good to me.
