A Note on Limited Editions Just had this from Arrow: Quote:
:) |
So the non slip box versions will have no posters, reversible sleeves etc? Will they both be priced the same? |
Good to know. |
Which Ltd Eds are no longer available or about to go OOP, so I can prioritise? |

I think old Caligua is going to be the first to go. Sadly, because of this transison in a year or two it's going to be near impossible for me to get my hands on these limited edititions. Unless someone is willing to purchase one or two for me and hold onto them until i can pay them back and am aloud to keep them in the damn house! Damn. I'm dessperate by now. |
Why not just get them delivered to a mates house? |
Yikes, that really is limited! Will have to ensure I pre-order the ones I want in future. |
good idea if cheaper,if i want something i pre order it. |
Brilliant! Just what I suggested. Can I advance order 2000 of each please? Now where's my ebay password... :tongue1: |
Dual format? Separate dvd and BD's, or in the same package? |
With this on it for you mate! DOUBLE PLAY |

Damn you Arrow! Damn you to hell!! Now I'm going to buy titles I only remotely want because I'm going to be scared of missing out. Then I'm going to start obsessively buying old titles! Damn you! I don't have enough money for this! WAAAAAHH! |

It's a fair point though - I know Arrow sometimes see things on here but if not I hope one of the mods is able to relay back just how much of a poor idea if would be to spoil the slipcase and cover with one of these banners. An eye-catching sticker on the packaging would be more than sufficient |
It's kind of hard to gauge this news without knowing how much they'd typically print for previous Arrow releases. I'd agree if they're going with Double Play/ Dual Format banners, that a sticker on the cellophane is the best way to go, ala Eureka's Masters of Cinema line. |
Whats the difference between the normal and limited |
Quote:
Normal = just the bluray in an amaray case with a reverse cover |
I could have sworn that the Booklet was going to stay in the Unlimited release. |
My mistake, they do come with the booklet. |
Whats made them go to limited |
Can someone provide a list of all available Ltd Eds so that we can prioritise our purchases? |

And we all know limited edition things sell more! Fair play to them, I say. |
Interesting idea. ;) But please always post on here whenever quantities of one of the limited releases go low so that everyone who really wants the title can still get it. |

There'll probably be an official note on here at some point but Arrow posted on Facebook earlier that the first run of Arrow Videos to go out-of-print, along with Caligula are, Dawn of the Dead, Day of the Dead and (the rather more recent) Cat O' Nine Tails |

Actually, do you mean completely out of print or just without a slipcase? Will they be replaced by the Arrowdrome versions? |
Arrow Unlimited will simply be any Arrow Blu-Ray minus the Slipcase, Poster, and any other physical extras such as Art Cards. I'm still unsure where this leaves the Comics, as they must have been rather expensive to invest in. Here's hoping for a TPB. Go on Arrow, you know you want to! |

I suspect we may be getting the Amaray/double sided cover deal with these. Which is fine with me....as long as the reverse is a wise decision!;) |

 ****! That made me laugh! :pound: Substitute the word opportunity there with shower and you're closer to the mark with that cover mate! |

So its everything except posters and slip cases |
So, does this mean that The House By The Cemetery will be limited to 2000 copies? |
