its a well known fact the bbfc are not always accurate with their lists
not all info is given most of the time
depends on the film
some films are listed with extras and certificates etc
the bbfc are jerks anyway :crazy:

I think it's highly unlikely Combat Shock has been cut, going by the BBFC's website entry for the film it says it's been passed with no cuts made.So, unless Arrow submitted a pre-cut version, it's uncut.
