I'm not paying all that extra money just for the booklet/reversible sleeve... I also don't want to buy the cheaper one knowing there's a slightly superior version. You lose this round Arrow.
The Arrowdrome version isn't on sale instore, only online.

I got it from HMV site, £5 for non-drome version which is annoying 'cause it's £3 in Sainsbury's. Should have done my research really but I don't know why Arrow have made 2 versions of the same average DVD.

It's really weird. £9 for an Arrowdrome version or £5 for a non-Arrowdrome version. They could've just released one version (Arrowdrome) and maybe got the same return. Have to wonder what their logic is.

They want to release a cheap cash in on Django Unchained which they can make easy money off from people who have no idea and don't care about cult cinema or Arrowdrome

The annoying this is that the idea behind ArrowDrome was cheaper versions of cult films, no frills etc. Considering the only way to get the AD version of this film is to fork out £9 they've kinda gone back on their original intent as far as the AD line is concerned.

Exactly. Beggars belief when the new Arrow releases (Christmas Evil, Combat Shock etc) have been £9 in HMV - which I'm not complaining about, pretty good price for films that I've only bought because of the abundant extras, the films themselves aren't quite worth that price IMO. Also, the ZFE and Nuk'em High Blus are only a coupla pound more expensive (again, a welcome change from the recent days of £25 Arrow Blus). Bizarre pricing policies in general.
