I must say I bought the boxset on a whim because Shameless releases are quality, the box was cool and the films looked like fun b-movie cheese fests. I was quite suprised to find that all of the films were awesome! I expected there to be at least one dud in there but I loved all of them. Best Shameless release so far in my opinion!

That's really cool to know - one of the objectives with Shameless was to make it a label of discovery so after a while people would be willing to try out films they might not know.

Almar The Following Titles Bronx Warriors/Bronx Warriors 2/New Barbarians are numbered in the wrong order.

The actual order should be Bronx Warriors/New Barbarians/Bronx Warriors 2

I'm more appreciative of seeing the films themselves, rather than complain about the order they're numbered in.

Watched BW last night and EFTB earlier tonight. This was the first time I had seen them from beginning to end and loved them both.EFTB was the better of the two,a lot more action packed and hard to believe that the BBFC cut it before slapping it with an 18cert.How times have changed.

Yep i really enjoyed them. The transfer of BW was extremely good. The audio could have been a little louder but that was easily solved by turning it up and the strange buzzing sound i mentioned in an earlier post was a little jarring. The transfer of EFTB was a little rougher which was to be expected but nothing that detracted from my enjoyment. All in all i was very pleased.A top notch release and looking forward to TNB

Almar, having to manufacture more units must be a nice problem for you to have !!! I hope that means a healthy financial return and more great releases.

Does Mr. Castellari get feedback on sales numbers ? I bet he'd be thrilled.

Best regards,

I don't think he gets anything - this is why a lot of cult actors/directors charge for autographs etc - they get peanuts originally, the films go on to make immense amounts and so on...
