i think the staff at HMV think im mental or something, i went in today to buy a 4th bronx warriors tin (this was for a mate in America) and the guy looked me up and down and said (quite shitty)you do know you've already had about 10 of these, i said im not backward and ive had 4 and also if your website ever kept them in stock ppl from different countries could order them from you, the guy just looked at me like i said it in russian what an arse

Didn't you realise that you're only allowed to buy 1 copy of a film BS? Thems the rules in polite society you know I bet the guy was about 16 or looked liked Harry Knowles (there's a guy in my local HMV that looks like him so I just assume there's one in every store )

You should have asked to speak to his manager. There's absolutely no reason for that kind of behaviour. You might have even had some discount out of it

The guy who served you should'nt complain after all it's another sale and that means more cash in the register!
So what if a customer buys multiple copies of a certain title. Any fool knows retail outlets love generating a profit but hate losing it.

When i worked in the retail sector many moons ago we were told a customer going away happy can lead to potentially more spenders visiting the store. But an unhappy buyer can have the reverse effect and result in possible customers seeking satisfaction elsewhere.

the guy was an idiot, i dont really buy from there often as i normally use the website!

nope no market stall, the ones i have picked up have been for mates in America who cant get them from the store cuz they dont seem to be in stock for long

Should have told him the other copies were too flimsy and kept breaking when you put them in your Betamax player to watch them.
