Not really something I've bought, but I was just thinking about the Universal/Eureka releases to celebrate 100 years of Universal Studios in 2012. In the US, a number of catalogue titles will be getting a release, and Eureka will be releasing a number of limited edition Universal titles too. I have a strong feeling that one of these two companies will bring us a special edition of Walter Hill's Streets Of Fire. Well, I'm hoping anyway! It's one of the HD-DVD titles still to make the transition to blu-ray, and every site that mentions upcoming titles, there's always someone who wishes it would come to blu-ray.

I'm pretty much the same.

My last load of points went on Sweet Smell of Success, which was one I'd been after getting for a while.

That would be amazing. What a great film. And the more Hill in HD the better. so I hope your hunch is right.

You may have been on to something there,I've watched some more and there's a sort of Goonies vibe. ;)
The "heroes" are not children though.
Good stuff so far btw.
