How well does the film flow with the replacement footage for the cut scenes?

And how does it look as well?

bloodsuckers from outer space which was awful and attack of the adult babies which has its moments but bit of a mess overall.

went to my first large(ish) horror cons, went up to Edinburgh to see Basket Case's Kevin Van Hentenryck very nice bloke and taller than you'd think. Weekend after went to Sheffield , annoyingly Argento cancelled, but truth be told was more excited to meet Jeffrey Combs and the ever Gorgeous Barbara Crampton, could have easily got more stuff signed off them and other guests but £25 an autograph stifled my budget. But one item I got signed was the poster below , also met the brilliant artist Graham Humphreys. Made up for missing out on meeting Bruce Campbell this year.

That’s a bargain Treb, have you seen it before? I was addicted to it when I first watched it, been meaning to rewatch it again soon.

Yes, mind I'm expecting it to be a mistake for this price and they just send out the movie.

Been meaning to pick this up for a while but it’s been too expensive.

I wouldn't advise eating hard boiled eggs before hand.;)

But i like senses, treading a fine line between porno and arthouse.:pop2:

Makes me laugh that the BBFC are quite happy to pass that and Caligula, but not Emanuelle in America.

Picked up Lost Horizon & Maltese Falcon in the 2 for £15 premium offer.

Just out of interest, are there other Frank Capra blu rays that are stacked with extras apart from the 3 I own (Lost Horizon, It Happened One Night & Mr Smith Goes to Washington), every version of It's A Wonderful life just seems to have a single documentary.

Must get Gettysburg & Dark Passage before offer ends!

trebor8273 16th July 2018 09:55 PM

Placed my order for candyman with HMV.

Gothmogxx 16th July 2018 11:43 PM

I'm in an 80's slasher movie mood so bought a bunch of ones I haven't seen.

The Prowler
Splatter University
Graduation Day
Sweet 16
Intruder
Mountaintop Motel Massacre

And to top it off I also decided to go Cannibal and buy Cannibal Ferox (which I have seen but not since 2012) via Shameless!

I desperately need to watch something that isn't Doctor Who: currently having a marathon atm, love the show dearly but been watching nothing else besides that for a bit so decided to go Slasher/Cannibal 80's style to give me something else to watch. Ferox aside I've seen none of them but I have high hopes (Would have also went for Eyes of a Stranger but couldn't find a decent release), hope they arrive soon!

nosferatu42 17th July 2018 12:44 AM

The Prowler (if that's the Rosemary's killer film) with Savini effects is one of my favourite slasher films so hope you enjoy it.

Love how most of those films have "blood" in the title!

I love em.

Eddie Romero's Filipino horrors are great.

Not all audiences may appreciate them though.

Just saying.

When you decide to get rid of Blood of the Vampires, Treb, let me know by PM please.
