I just received a shipping confirmation e-mail from 88 Films today a number of items have been shipped: the remaining 'Grindhouse Classics' I don't have, plus Hollywood Chainsaw Hookers and The Bogey Man. |
I'm thinking of saving a little at the end of this month to buy that Slasher bundle from 88 Films. Looks like a tidy little money saver. I ussualy wait for prices to drop after 6 months or so (like I have been with most Arrow titles recently) but prity much everything 88 Films have announced for the Slasher and Italian collection has me chomping at the bit. |

No email for me yet. Might be because I ordered Night Train Murders at the same time as the slashers, and they'll send them all at once. Guess I'll just have to see. |
Here's another question is there a significant difference between 100Hz and 200Hz on HD TV's and which is best for playing the vast majority of blurays. For example there is a Sony TV Bravia 100Hz at 318 pounds and another with 200Hz, at around 100 more pounds? |
I wouldn't have a clue but there I a TV calibration thread somewhere here that the more technically minded members started that may answer your questions. Hot that will help sorry I can't be of any help. I can't give a link to the thread I'm using my phone at the minute. |
Kaiji: The Ultimate Gambler (4digital UK dvd). 50p. "...from the team that brought you Death Note..." well, I liked that so I took a plunge. |
