The DVDs of the first few seasons of X Files look really crap on a big HD TV, so while 5 onwards look fine, an upgrade of the first set seems inevitable, really.

Just pre-ordered the new Italian blu-ray of Suspiria. It's released on the 22nd of February and cost me just 16.52 pounds to import a copy. A scan of the back cover revealed that it also contains English mono PCM and English DTS-HD MA 5.1 tracks. It also has English subtitles. Hopefully it won't have forced Italian subtitles when the English tracks are playing. Am looking forward to it's arrival, this new blu-ray is supposed to use a brand new 4K restoration of the film that was screened in some Italian cinemas.

I ordered it myself. I have a bank card that doesn't have conversion fees so I could pay in Euros and it came to £15.90 posted. It's worth a go, I'm sure it'll look miles better than the Nouveaux Pictures one with all it's blown out colours.

not bought anything, still being a good boy. But was given these , with 56 movies on 4 discs I'm not expecting much in the way of quality.
