Not sure if this was a good idea or not but I just ordered Combat Shock from Severin which will be the most expensive blind buy title I've ever purchased.
Really hoping it gets through the customs without charges or else it will be even worse.

I've never seen it, but it looks like my kind of thing and they said there won't be a standard release so it seemed like a good idea at the time.

My last blind buy was Erotic Nights of the Living Dead on blu-ray which I just watched for the first time and I totally got that, so hoping this will be same.

Combat Shock is excellent low budget filmmaking at it's finest. Grimy, depressing and leaving you feeling like a good bath is in order. Highly recommended. Severin are normally custom friendly, the few I have ordered direct has always sailed through. I think you made a good decision buying it as they say it will only be available from their website direct and in two days sold 1300 units of the limited 2000 run. Wait and see what scalpers will be asking for in a couple of months and sit back feeling smug!!:lol:

These were 3 for £1 in the British Heart Foundation :) ST2 is a blind buy but I'm sure it's worth 33p

This version is definitely uncut. Has the excellent slasher doc on it as well. £1.19 at Music Magpie. Bargain!

I've got two versions of Combat shock and think it's a absolutely cracking grim and downbeat film. But beware of the ending it's very bleak and depressing, Especially the full uncut version .
